1 kilo of pork
1/2 bar achiote paste
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon cumin
6 whole peppers
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 red onion filleted
1 sheet of banana
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 habanero chile
Salt to taste.
-Cuts Onion and habanero, cover them with salt and white vinegar.
Put the pressure cooker and banana leaf wrapped meat and all
the other ingredients, if necessary add water to cover the meat.
-Top The pot and cook for 35 min.
Take back the meat from the pot and deshebra.
-Covers Shredded meat with broth
